Returns policy

We offer free returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

However, not all items are eligible for return. Excluded products will be noted on the product pages and/or at checkout.

Conditions for Eligible Returns

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition, including all tags and accessories.
• A photo of the item(s) must be provided before shipping so we can assess its condition.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for incorrect size or customer selection errors. Please make sure to choose the correct size before purchasing.

• For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including opened cosmetic products.
